HOW TO HELP

Your gift to Communities In Schools of Georgia will help provide children with the programs and support that they need to stay in school and prepare for life. Our vision is for ALL children, especially those whose academic success and social well-being is threatened, to stay in school and prepare for life. Your donation can help make this a reality.

You may want to consider making a gift of stock instead of cash. When you give appreciated stock that has been held for over a year, you get a double benefit full, fair market value deduction, and you don’t have to pay tax on the gain in the stock. If you’re interested in making a gift of stock, real estate or other similar types of contributions, please contact the Development Assistant at cloos@cisgeorgia.org.

You can make a difference for Georgia’s children by making a gift right now.

If you are a state employee, here is a way to get involved.  You can make a contribution through the State Charitable Contributions Program (SCCP).  SCCP is an employee benefit for State of Georgia, state and University system employees to contribute to the charity of their choice through payroll deductions or a one-time donation.  Our SCCP code is 190000.
